THE OWNER WORD : “I am the second owner of Wilna Grace. This was the previous owner’s 3rd or 4th Amel, he purchased her new in 2007 she had some custom features added by Amel (e.g. large rotating radar, security bars to hatches, hydraulic passerelle, electric stove etc). Until I bought her she was kept in a private berth in Golfe Juan marina, France, regularly maintained by a local engineer and, as the owner was already in his 70’s, she was very lightly used (hence the very low engine, generator and watermaker hours). So far as I know she has sailed around the South of France, Corsica, Italy and Greece. Wilna Grace is VAT paid (has never left the EU).
Initially due to Covid and subsequently Brexit my ability to spend time aboard Wilna Grace has been limited to a maximum of 90 days per year. After two seasons on the French coast we sailed her to Greece. Whilst in Greece she has been sailed each summer and otherwise kept ashore at Ionian Marine, Preveza. Wilna Grace has a Greek Unlimited Transit Log.
Wilna Grace is my second Amel, maintenance has been carried out regularly per schedule, diesel tank has been kept brim full when she is not in the water (diesel treated with biocide).
